~Making our own pinball game~

Awhile back I came across an article in a magazine with instructions on how to make your own pinball game. Well we didn't have all of the material needed then, and we still don't now, but we decided to try and improvise (you know, adapt and overcome). We used 7 materials I found around the house:

CD case
Pipe cleaners
Construction paper
Scissors
Glue
Tape
Small bead

The first step was to remove all the inserts from the CD case and then cut some construction paper so it fits snugly inside the case. After that I let the boys decide what kind of designs they wanted to make with their pipe cleaners. When they finished cutting and bending their pipe cleaners we glued them to the construction paper inside the CD case. When the glue was dry we placed a small bead into the case, closed it, and sealed the edges with tape.

They had so much fun making their own pinball games, and even more fun playing with them!
